You need to have your marriage certificate “certified” in hard copy
The USCIS, U.S. Passport Agency, colleges, universities, and many other agencies and organizations require "Certification by Translator" issued by translation agency.

We provide Certification by Translator document on our corporate letterhead with our authorized signature and raised (embossed) corporate seal with a statement as required by the USCIS and other agencies and organizations.
