U.S. company sponsoring foreign nationals

If you are an employer and want to bring or sponsor a foreign national to work for your company, you need to obtain Foreign Labor Certification documents from the Division of Foreign Labor Certification (DFLC) of the U.S. Department of Labor to demonstrate that there are insufficient qualified U.S. workers available and willing to perform the work at wages that meet or exceed the prevailing wage paid for the occupation in the area of intended employment.
