Flemish language is also called Belgian Dutch spoken by Flanders or Flemish-speaking population (over two-thirds) of Belgium.

Certified translation from Flemish to English language
You need to have "certified English translation" of your birth certificate, marriage license (if married) and divorce decree (if divorced) and some other documents before your apply for your Green Card or U.S. citizenship.
Your certified translation must meet the requirements of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly Immigration and Naturalization Service - INS).
You don't need to send the originals of your documents. Scanned copies in the attachment of your email message to us will be sufficient.
