(ACR) accepts translation order from the Client based on the understanding that the Client undertakes to hold ACR harmless from any claim or infringement of copyright and/or translation rights, likewise from any legal action, including that which may arise between individuals as a result of the content of the original text or its translation. All copyright belongs to ACR until translation is fully paid. ACR is authorized by the Client to assign the translation job to third party/outside translators. ACR's liability shall not, under any circumstances exceed the amount of fee received for the translation assignment.
